Steps and explanations

01Open testing from an admin chat

Select Test a Service at the top of an admin chat. Finish active replies and approvals before changing the role handling your messages.

Try it · Select Test a Service to open the picker.

02Test a saved draft

Select the saved draft and start testing. Following messages use the Service’s engine, rules, and file scope, not the admin chat’s selected model.

Try it · Select Team Knowledge Assistant, then Start test.

03Ask as a new user

Ask a realistic user question. Check whether the Service uses allowed documents and explains missing information instead of inventing an answer.

Try it · Ask about the reimbursement process and inspect the test-labeled response.

04Check context separation

Service testing does not inherit earlier admin conversation history. Ask about a detail mentioned only in the admin chat to check that boundary.

Try it · Ask for a sample internal phrase absent from the allowed documents.

05Understand simulated and real actions

Contacting the admin is simulated and creates no real inbox notice. Other authorized tools may execute, so testing can still consume model or tool usage.

Try it · Request a sample feedback submission and inspect the simulation notice.

06Exit and review as the admin

Exit test mode; the records remain in this chat. Ask the admin Agent whether the issue needs better documents or a change to the Service rules.

Try it · Select Exit test and request a review.

07Reopen after saving changes

After saving changes, the previous test selection may be invalid. Exit and reopen as prompted, rather than treating a configuration change as unpredictable model behavior.

Try it · Save the Service rules, return to chat, and reopen testing.

08Repeat, then check the real channel

Repeat the same question and compare the answer. Then verify the real workflow through the Service’s web, API, or WeChat channel.

Try it · Repeat the question and identify the real channel to validate next.
